Copperline Gorge also seems to be one people like, though obviously there's its counterpart in Blackcleave Cliffs. With the 4 shocks, from what I've seen most people go 2x Blood Crypt, 2x Stomping Ground. Considering prices though, I'll probably end up going 4x Bloodstained Mire and 4x Wooded Foothills.
With the 8 fetches, obviously the most ideal situation would be 2 of each of the red fetches. However, the actual specific makeup of that is giving me a bit of trouble nailing down.
